How your order ships, what the invoice includes and how to report damage.

Last updated: 6 November 2026

Where we deliver

We deliver to most of Australia. We do not currently deliver to some very remote areas. If you are unsure, ask us before you order.

How orders ship

Individual orders are sent from our warehouse in Vietnam by air freight, direct to your delivery address. Typical delivery is 2 to 3 weeks from when your payment clears.

Bulk orders are sent from our stock in Vietnam. Typical delivery is 4 to 6 weeks from when your payment clears. We confirm the dates with your quote.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, weather and carrier delays. We tell you if your order is late.

Payment before dispatch

Pay by bank transfer in Australian dollars. We ship your order when your payment has cleared. Our bank details are on your quote and invoice.

What your invoice includes

Your invoice shows the product price, freight, and any customs clearance and broker fees as separate lines. Prices are in Australian dollars and do not include GST. Any import duty that applies is shown on the invoice.

You are the importer

The goods are imported into Australia for you. We arrange the customs clearance and include the cost on your invoice. You give us the delivery address and any details we need to clear the goods.

Receiving your delivery

  • The coffin arrives flat in one box. We confirm the box size and weight with your quote. Plan for two people to lift it.
  • Check the box when it arrives. If it is damaged, note it on the delivery docket and take photos before you open it.
  • Report any damage, missing parts or wrong items to us within 7 days of delivery, with photos.

Damage and claims

  • Individual orders: if an item arrives damaged, incomplete or wrong, we send a replacement from Vietnam. Individual orders are not refunded.
  • Bulk orders: if you report a problem within 7 days of delivery, we replace the affected items or refund them, at our choice.
  • Send photos and your order number to enquiries@nestwoodcoffins.com.
