- Website use: basic information about visits, such as pages viewed and the device and browser used, collected through cookies and our website platform.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, send quotes and documents you ask for, take and ship orders, and keep records.
- To improve the website and our service.
- To contact you about your enquiry. We do not sell your information.
Who we share it with
- Our website and business software provider (Odoo), which hosts our data.
- Freight carriers, customs brokers and our factory or warehouse, only as needed to ship your order.
- Our bank and payment providers, for payments.
- Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires.
Overseas
We operate from Vietnam and our software provider hosts data in several countries. Your information may therefore be handled outside Australia.
How long we keep it
We keep it as long as needed for the purposes above and for our legal and tax records, then delete or anonymise it.
